Our Ghana-based services are facilitated through local partnerships and do not constitute a licensed brokerage in Ghana unless explicitly stated. Clients are advised to seek independent legal counsel for all Ghana property transactions.

Real estate transactions in Ghana are subject to Ghanaian law, including the Lands Commission Act, 2008 (Act 767) and related regulations. Granaky Beccles Realty facilitates these transactions through its local partner network but:

• Does not provide legal title guarantees for Ghana properties
• Strongly recommends independent title searches through the Ghana Lands Commission
• Is not responsible for delays, disputes, or losses arising from third-party service providers in Ghana
• Advises all clients to engage a licensed Ghanaian solicitor for conveyancing
